CONCEPT: This 5000 sqft Eat facing residence is located in Bijapur.
Bijapur being a city of harsh climate this 4BHK duplex building has Jaali walls and landscapes to prevent heat and to increase the ventilation in the building.
The building was planned considering the elements of nature and natural being.
All the floors are visually connected through cut-outs and internal balconies.
Using recycled wood for flooring and concrete texture on walls, the building is earthy, natural and minimalistic in nature.
